Invitation to attend the Natural Gas Mobility Africa (NGM) Africa 2015 to be held on the 21 October at Melrose Arch, Johannesburg.
As you may know that one of the challenges facing black business is its inability to take a lead in the economic transformation of the country as a result of lack of access to business opportunities at early stages of most sectors development. This has resulted in a situation whereby we merely become BEE partners in instances which are not warranted. For example, take a look at the Natural Gas Sector. It represents a ‘New Economy’ about to explode. Already this sector does not have black players (only 2 companies, serious black companies in the space) the rest are white owned or multi-nationals.
As we speak about gas benefits in proposal forms the projects are being implemented practically. The City of Joburg is converting their buses to run on clean natural compressed gas (CNG), Joburg Water, Hyundai, Avis, Mercedes-Benz and the list goes on. This natural gas opportunity excludes power generation which players such as Shell are eyeing (Power and Auto). The gas infrastructure is being rolled out in Gauteng.
Attendance of this event would be an eye-opener, should you wish to attend please confirm as there is limited seating capacity.
